Kenneth L. Sheppard, Jr. is the President/C.E.O. of Sheppard Law Offices, Co., L.P.A.  Attorney Sheppard's practice is limited to Taxation, IRS Tax Resolution, Federal & State Tax Preparation, Estate Planning, Estate and Trust Administration, Probate Law, and Business Law.  

Kenneth received his Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor degrees from Ohio Northern University.  In 2000, he earned his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Denver Graduate Tax Program.  Mr. Sheppard is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and Columbus Bar Association (Estate & Gift Tax, Probate, and Business Tax Committees).  Kenneth has also been a guest speaker on the topic of Ethics in Estate Planning for the National Business Institute.

Attorney Sheppard negotiates settlements, including Offers in Compromise and Installment Agreements, for all sizes of businesses as well as individuals.  In addition, Kenneth takes great pleasure in assisting individuals, families, and small business owners with the development and maintenance of their estate and business planning. Through numerous speaking engagements, Mr. Sheppard emphasizes the importance of educating his clients on how to effectively implement and maintain their estate and business plans.
